Makes 1 tart.

2 lb apples
1 lb 2 oz flour
7 oz raisins
7 oz agreena
1 oz coconut flour
Agave syrup
3 eggs
3 teaspoons cinnamon
A pinch of salt

Step 1. Beat the eggs and set aside.

Step 2. With a fork, mix the flour with the Agreena, the agave syrup and a pinch of salt.

Step 3. Using your cold hands, add the eggs to the flour mixture and knead it until the mixture is uniform. Let it chill in the refrigerator.

Step 4. Rinse the raisins and drain them. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Put them into a bowl with the coconut flour and cinnamon.

Step 5. Grease the pan with a little Agreena. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll out the dough and lay it in the pan to cover the bottom and sides.

Step 6. Lay the apple slices and raisins on top of the crust and sprinkle them with a thin layer of cinnamon.

Step 7. Bake for 50 minutes.
