1 cup buckwheat flour
1 organic egg
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped banana
1½ cups rice milk
1 tablespoon Agreena for the pan
Step 1. Mix the flour, egg and milk to form a uniform batter.
Step 2. Add the chocolate chips and the chopped banana and fold them in gently with a spoon.
Step 3. Set a pan on the stove over medium heat.
Step 4. Add the tablespoon of Agreena and let it melt. Use a paper towel to coat the pan.
Step 5. Pour small rounds of batter into the pan and cook for 40-50 seconds on each side.
